Standard and deep cleaning in Toronto

A standard cleaning keeps your home in order from one visit to the next. We dust the surfaces we can reach, wipe the kitchen counters and the outside of the appliances, clean the sinks, toilets, tubs and showers, vacuum and wash the floors, and take out the garbage.

A deep cleaning also covers the places a regular visit skips: baseboards, door frames and light switches, cabinet fronts, soap scum in the shower and limescale around the taps. Book it once to bring the home back to a clean starting point, then keep it there with standard visits.

Spotted a dripping tap or a loose cabinet door while we cleaned? Our plumbing and carpentry services can fix it on another visit.

Move-in and move-out cleaning in Toronto

An empty home is the easiest one to clean properly. Before you move in, or before you hand the keys to a landlord or a buyer, we clean the place from top to bottom: inside the cupboards, drawers and closets, the windowsills and baseboards, the bathroom and the kitchen, and the floors last.

For the appliances, add the inside of the stove for $50 and the inside of the fridge for $40. We take out the racks and shelves, wash them and clean every surface inside.

Moving out and the walls have nail holes or scuffs? Our drywall and painting service patches and paints them before the final walk-through.

In November, scheduled cleaning contracts get a lower rate: $35 per hour for bi-weekly visits and $40 per hour for monthly visits. Call us or send a message, tell us about your home, and we will pick a day and time that suit you.

Standard, deep and move-in or move-out cleaning all cost $45 per hour. Every visit is at least 4 hours, so the smallest booking is $180. Cleaning inside the stove adds $50, and inside the fridge adds $40.
